Smart Taxi Solutions provides application and administrative support services.

Cancellation

Where applicable, customers may request cancellation before work begins, subject to applicable consumer law and the specific service purchased.

Refunds after work has started

Once application preparation, document checking, administrative work or submission has started, the amount of any refund may depend on work already completed and applicable consumer rights.

Council refusal

A council's refusal of a licence does not automatically mean that application-support fees are refundable where the agreed service has been provided.

Third-party fees

Fees paid directly to third-party providers may be subject to those providers' own refund policies.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
